2. Products & Services

We offer:

  • Freshly prepared Kharvas in multiple flavours

  • Festival sweets & snacks

  • Combo packs

  • Home delivery across Pune & PCMC

All products are homemade, freshly prepared, and may vary slightly in color, texture, and taste depending on the batch.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website or pages are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Pricing may change anytime depending on supply conditions or raw material costs.

  • We do not store payment details; payments made through Swiggy, Zomato, UPI or other partners follow their respective terms.

4. Order Placement

You may place orders through:

  • Our website

  • WhatsApp

  • Swiggy

  • Zomato

  • Direct phone call

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message.
Orders cannot be cancelled after preparation has started.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad areas.

  • Free delivery on orders above our minimum order value.

  • Orders below the minimum amount may incur a delivery charge.

  • Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address and phone details.

6. Refunds & Returns

Since our products are fresh and perishable, we follow a strict NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy.

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product damaged on delivery

  • Order not received due to our mistake

In such cases, contact us within 1 hour of delivery with order details and photo proof.

7. Allergies & Health Information

Our products may contain:

  • Dry fruits

  • Ghee

  • Jaggery

  • Sugar

  • Spices like cardamom, saffron, nutmeg

Customers with allergies must check product details before consuming.
People’s Choice Kharvas is not responsible for allergic reactions.
