📄 Cancellation Policy – People’s Choice Kharvas

At People’s Choice Kharvas, we prepare every order fresh, only after a customer places it.
Because our products are perishable, cancellations are limited and handled with care.
This policy explains when cancellations are allowed and when they are not.
1. Order Cancellation Before Preparation Starts
You can cancel your order within 5–10 minutes after placing it only if preparation has not started yet.

If the order has not been processed → Full cancellation allowed.
2. Cancellation Not Allowed After Preparation Starts
❌ Once we start preparing your Kharvas or sweets,
❌ Once ingredients are mixed, steamed, cooked, or packed,
→ Cancellation is NOT possible.
This is because:
Products are prepared fresh for each order
Food items cannot be reused or resold
Hygiene and safety rules do not allow returns
3. Cancellation for Swiggy/Zomato Orders
Orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato must follow their platform’s cancellation rules, not ours.
We cannot cancel such orders from our end.
4. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Address or Contact Details
If the customer:
enters a wrong address
enters unreachable phone number
is not available to receive delivery
❌ The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please double-check all information before placing an order.
5. Cancellation by People’s Choice Kharvas (Rare Cases)
We may cancel an order in situations like:
Ingredient shortage
Delivery partner unavailable
Unserviceable location
Weather or emergency situations
Technical issues
If we cancel →

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is eligible for cancellation:
Refund will be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or the original payment method
Refund time: 1–3 working days
7. No Cancellation After Delivery
Once your order is delivered:
❌ No cancellation
❌ No refund
❌ No return
(as these are fresh, perishable food items)
