📄 Refund & Replacement Policy – People’s Choice Kharvas

At People’s Choice Kharvas, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.
We prepare all products fresh, hygienic, and homemade, using high-quality ingredients.
Since our sweets are perishable food items, we follow a strict and transparent refund and replacement policy.


1. No Return Policy (Perishable Goods)

Our products (Kharvas, sweets, snacks, etc.) are fresh and perishable, so we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the order is delivered.

This is to maintain hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.


2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement ONLY if:

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a flavour, size, or product different from what you ordered.

Damaged Product on Delivery

If the product is delivered in unacceptable condition
(e.g., packaging broken, spillage, spoiled, melted).

Order Not Delivered

If you paid in advance and your order was not delivered due to an issue from our side.

👉 In all cases, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery.


3. Conditions Required for Refund/Replacement

To approve your request, we need:

  1. Order ID / Order Screenshot

  2. Clear Photos/Video of the delivered product showing the issue

  3. Photo of Packaging (if damaged or tampered)

  4. Contact through WhatsApp or call within 1 hour of delivery

This helps us verify the issue and improve our service.


4. Situations NOT Eligible for Refund

Refund or replacement will not be provided if:

❌ The product was opened and consumed partially
❌ You changed your mind after delivery
❌ Incorrect address was provided by the customer
❌ Delay occurred due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen situations
❌ Product taste varies slightly (natural variations in homemade items)
❌ Someone else collected the order without your knowledge
❌ Late complaints made after 1 hour of delivery


5. Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be issued via:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Same payment method used (if applicable)

Refunds take 1–3 working days depending on the payment provider.


6. Replacement Policy

If you choose replacement instead of refund:

  • A fresh product will be prepared

  • Delivery will be arranged at the earliest possible time

  • Replacement is subject to availability

We ensure all replacements are prioritized and delivered quickly.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Preparation Starts:

You may request a cancellation immediately after placing the order.

After Preparation Has Started:

❌ Cancellation is not possible
(as our sweets are freshly made for every order)

Orders on Swiggy/Zomato:

Follow their cancellation rules — we cannot override them.
